I am an original NH native growing up in Salem, NH. I have spent the last 35 years in the town of Auburn NH raising my family and getting involved with the community. My expertise goes beyond my half a decade of real estate experience. I spent 30 years working for a prestigious law firm in Manchester, NH working as a legal assistant. I have extensive knowledge in real estate and corporate law. I have a keen eye for processing and digesting contracts that benefit my clients both on the buying and selling spectrums. My depth of training and education also extends into liability prevention and consumer protection. My experience is with both existing and new construction. I have achieved several certifications. I am Residential Construction Certified as well as a Certified New Homes Specialist and a Pricing Strategy Advisor. I am a member of The National of Board of REALTORS® (NAR), The Greater Manchester / Nashua Board of REALTORS® and the Northern New England Real Estate Network.
